Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit survivalmdreviews.com (the "site"), how it is used and the choices you have. The site is run by Doug Kress ("we", "us").

In short: we don't ask you to create an account, we don't run advertising trackers or analytics on the site, and we only receive personal information if you send it to us through the contact form.

Information We Collect

  • Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, the topic and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts the site automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the visit. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
  • No account, no analytics. The site has no user accounts and does not use analytics or advertising cookies of its own.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Fonts. The site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads. See Google's privacy policy for details.
  • Affiliate links. Some links lead to the official Survival MD offer through an affiliate network (ClickBank). When you click one, the network and the seller may set cookies to record that the visit came from this site, so a commission can be credited if you buy. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
  • Contact form service. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by a third-party form service, which processes them on our behalf.
  • Other websites. Links to other websites are covered by those websites' own privacy policies.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to reply to messages, keep the site secure and working, and understand problems with the site. We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

How Long We Keep It

Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them and handle any follow-up. Server logs are kept for a limited time by the hosting provider.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or in California), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, use the contact form.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
